September rates: $950 per booking couple per week.

Note: We are currently taking reservations for summer 2023 and also summer 2024 for those who like to plan ahead. Space is limited now for this summer, but long weekends are possibilities.  Some weeks and weekends in September are still open!

In September, and by special arrangement, possibly October, the rates start at $950 per week for a couple. Extra people are charged according to age. - i.e. children are rated lower up to age 15.  All rates are in Canadian dollars.  See Summer rates below.

Note: Government taxes may be applied to these rates; i.e. PST at 8% and Municipal and Regional District Tax at 3%. (These are vacation rental tax rates).  GST not required.  These taxes on the total cost of your booking will be added to final payments before occupancy.  It is possible that they will not be required, depending on the number of bookings we accept.

Payments: One-third down to reserve; one-third half way to vacation dates; final payment before arrival, or as agreed during booking process.

Children are $40 to $60 per week depending on age, up to 15.  16 and up are charged as additional adults at $125 per week.  All rates are in Canadian dollars.

A damage deposit of $150 will be taken at the start of weekly rentals.  Deposits refundable if no abnormal damage beyond normal use occurs.
